Thank you so much for your efforts. This is the second time I’ve had the good fortune to be with you in a mediation setting and I have uniformly been impressed with your quick grasp of the legal issues and your sensitivity to the interpersonal dynamics.


But more important than your legal analytical ability is your work ethic. In both of those instances, and in particular in the legal malpractice/fraud setting, there were several instances during the negotiations where both parties were ready to pack it up.
