I want to thank you for the superb job you did in the mediation of this matter which ultimately resulted in the settlement of the case. As you know, the case resulted from a January 1994 helicopter crash. In the three and one-half years since the accident, we have had several settlement discussions, a settlement conference before a superior court judge and a jury trial. It was not until the mediation with you, however, that the parties entered into meaningful settlement negotiations and discussions.


I felt that your experience on the Arizona Court of Appeals was extremely helpful.
